Every Cut
Every ounce of our beef is 100% grass-fed, which means we only sell high quality, flavorful beef. Our beef is processed and packaged according to USDA standards at Northeast Kingdom Processing in Lyndonville, VT. The meat is hung for 2 weeks to age for maximum flavor, then cryovaced, frozen, and put into boxes. We take care of the shipping from there! Shipping: Free shipping in to central Vermont; email fertileacresfarm@gmail.com for areas outside central Vermont. We don't mail beef yet, but check back - we may do so if there's enough demand!
